Loft Review

Hi everyone, today I’m reviewing a favourite retailer of mine: Loft. Loft is a favourite of many fashion bloggers and for good reason: their clothes are on-trend but classic and their prices are great. Loft is owned by Ann Taylor (see my earlier review on Ann Taylor here) and have the same international shipping options powered by Borderfree, shipping to over 100 countries in your own currency.

What I love about Loft over Ann Taylor is that the clothes seem a bit younger, fresher, and yet can still be work-appropriate. The lower prices are a big draw as well. Like Ann Taylor, they have a lot of sizing options, including petite, tall, and maternity options. They also have tons of customer reviews of each item, and detailed fabric and care information about each item as well. I love this because there’s nothing worse than buying something that easily gets dirty and finding out its dry clean only! I also dislike polyester, so its great to see fabrics at a glance.

Loft also has their own loungewear line called Lou & Grey available through their website that fills a niche in the clothing market for tasteful loungewear that you can actually wear outside of the house while still being comfortable. They remind me a lot of Free People, with a laid-back bohemian vibe that you can still pull together to look super chic in. With prices ranging from $29.50 to $89.50 USD and including goods like tees, pants, jackets and sweaters, you officially no longer have to choose between comfort and fashion.

Overall, I highly recommend Loft and their clothes if you’re looking for high quality basics that won’t break the bank. They frequently have some great sales as well, so be sure to check back to get some great deals. Happy shopping!
